Natural quartz as an accent for the fireplace wall with a shelf to protect the TV from heating.
Resurfaced the cabinets, installed backsplash tiles, range hood, dishwasher, fridge icemaker water connection, new faucet for the sink.
Deck extension - added one more support post and doubled up the deck size. Also rotated the stair 90 degrees counterclockwise to give more light to the windows in the walk-out basement.
From scratch (melamine boards purchased from Home Depot and Lowes) built three full height cabinets with shelves and drawers behind laminated doors to keep the dust out. The mirror cabinet bought from Ikea.

A calming water feature in the backyard. Water is pumped up from a hidden pond beneath the boulders. The rocky hill is made up of larger boulders and flagstone.

In the newly finished basement, from scratch, built a custom counter with doors and storage, and attached sink cabinet. Granit countertop was ordered from a professional manufacturer. The exterior cabinet walls are tiled with stainless steel mosaic tiles. The wall behind is tiled with mirror tiles supplied by Ikea.
A deck on the backyard, built from scratch, with a building permit, from lumber supplied by Home Depot, coated with CABOT Australian Timber Oil Wood Finish Stain, Mahogany Flame color.
